What to Expect
Before Your Visit
After making our initial connection with you, our team members will send you paperwork tailored specifically to your individual health goals.
We ask that you have this filled out prior to your first visit, so we can spend your first appointment connecting with you and listening to your health and wellness concerns. If you are unable to complete the paperwork prior to your first visit, there is a chance your first visit will need to be rescheduled.
Your First Visit
During your first visit, our team will sit down with you to connect & listen to any health concerns you may have. Prior to this appointment, we will have looked over your specific paperwork and we will review that with you as well. We ask that during this appointment, you provide us with as much detail as possible so we can better tailor your care to suit you and your needs.

After connecting one-on-one over your paperwork, we will perform a detailed neuro-spinal evaluation using our state of the art technology, the Insight scan. This scan gives us a look at how your nervous system is functioning & adapting to every day life. These results help us come up with a care plan that best suits you and your health goals.

Please allot an appropriate amount of time for your initial visit. These visits generally take 45 minutes.
Day Two
In the time between your first and second visits, our team will take time to review your scan & exam results to come up with a care plan tailored to your individual health needs.

During this visit, the doctor will sit with you to discuss your care plan based on your exam results. At this visit, we may discuss any other follow-up exams (such as x-ray) if needed.
During this time, we encourage you to ask questions and voice any concerns you may have with your care plan & next steps that will be taking to achieve optimal health.
